Terms and Conditions for Electric Cherries Orders

1. General

These terms apply to all cherry box and cherry juice purchases from Forest Lodge Orchard. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions below.

2. Product Quality

We pack our cherries and juice with care. Cherries are a natural, perishable product, so colour, size and flavour can vary from season to season.

If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, email us within 24 hours with photos so we can help.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.
We do not hold or reserve stock without payment.

4. Delivery

We ship New Zealand wide except for Far North Island rural addresses.
Cherries are shipped overnight when the fruit is at peak quality. Exact delivery dates can vary because of weather, ripening and courier schedules.

You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Address Changes

You can update your address any time before your order is packed.
After dispatch, changes must be requested through cherries@electriccherries.nz and any extra courier costs will be charged to the purchaser.

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.

5. Seasonal and Weather Impacts

Cherry availability depends on seasonal conditions. If we cannot fulfil your order due to weather or supply limits, you will receive a refund or the option to shift to the next available delivery window.

6. Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been packed or shipped.

Because cherries are perishable, we cannot refund or replace items due to missed deliveries, incorrect addresses or delays caused by the courier.

If there is a product quality issue, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can assist.

7. Liability

Once your order has left the orchard, Forest Lodge Orchard is not responsible for courier delays, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries or packages left unrefrigerated. We will always help where possible, but responsibility for receiving perishable goods lies with the customer.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected only to process and deliver your order. We handle all data in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act. Information is not shared with third parties beyond courier delivery partners.
