Say hello to summer in a box! Our Export Grade Red Cherries are juicy, sweet, crunchy, and absolutely bursting with flavour. We grow four red cherry varieties, ripening across every week in January — the very best time for cherries, as they’ve had longer to ripen on the tree, developing deeper sweetness and fuller flavour. Enjoy them all month long or gift them to someone special. Our 2kg Box is handpicked with care and is packed to an average size of 28mm.

FAQs
Do you have a Pre-Christmas Variety?
Our White Cherry (Rainier) is our late December variety which has a small ripening window and is most affected by weather conditions leading up to harvest.
Unfortunately with the colder spring weather we just had, our White Cherry will not be ready for Christmas this year
How can I Adopt an Electric Cherry Tree?
To Adopt one of our Electric Cherry Trees please go to the Adopt a Tree page on our main website electriccherries.nz/adopt-a-tree. You will find all the details about Adopting a Tree there along with the Adopt a Tree checkout.
Please note that we only offer a limited number for adoption each year which you can only buy between March - November each year.

How do I redeem my Electric Cherries Gift Card?
Simply add what you wish to buy into your cart, click through to the checkout. Enter the Gift Card code and press Apply.

Do you send to Rural Addresses?
Yes we can but we do not guarantee the quality that our cherries will arrive in as rural deliveries can take several days and in the summer heat your cherries may not arrive at their best. We highly recommend you get them delivered to a non-rural address.
Can I send orders to multiple Addresses?
You can only enter ONE delivery address per order. If you want to send cherries to people at different addresses, you will need to place one order per person.
Please enter your details under the Billing Address section and the person who is getting the cherries in the Shipping section. Be sure to note if you would like a gift note included so they know who to thank.
Does Cherry Juice assist with sleep and inflammation?
Cherries are a natural source of melatonin, the hormone responsible for regulating sleep. We have many customers who tell us that a glass before bed helps them improve their quality of sleep. We recommend beginning with 50ml each evening which you can increase to 100ml, taken an hour before bedtime.
Cherries have also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, and we have many customers who tell us, our Juice gives them some relief from joint pain, arthritis and gout.
Is Cherry Juice safe to consume if I take medications, have health issues, am pregnant, or for children?
Our cherry juice is simply made from cherries. There is no added sugar or preservatives. For this reason, our Juice is very low risk for complications however we suggest talking to your local pharmacist, diabetic nurse, midwife, or GP if you have any specific concerns or questions.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email after placing my order

Can I cancel my order?
We understand that things happen, so please contact us on our email address cherries@electriccherries.nz. We are able to refund your order, up until the Postage notification has been sent to you. As this is when the cherries are packaged ready to go.
Can I change the address for my cherry delivery?
Absolutely, no problem at all. Please email us cherries@electriccherries.nz with the updated address and your order details and we will do that for you.
When can I expect my cherries?
We use NZ Post’s perishable goods overnight service. This means that they will be shipped on the day before your selected delivery date, so that they arrive as fresh as possible on your selected delivery date. The delivery date is chosen at time of order, if you need to change this at any time, please get in touch.
A couple of days before your delivery date you will get sent a NZ Post notification email from us saying your “Electric Cherries’ are about to be sent. This is us getting ready to send your cherries & your last chance to make any changes to the delivery address or delivery date.
I haven’t received my cherries?
Please use your NZ Post tracking number for any queries around delivery, direct with NZ Post.
Please let us know if you have any postage issues as we want to also ensure that you receive your cherries on time and at their absolute best. Email us on cherries@electriccherries.nz
Redirection option on NZ Post Tracking
Please don’t click this as it adds 24 hours onto your delivery. This is a NZ Post system, as it takes them this time to change the address and where the parcel is sent.
If you contact us directly we can change the postage label before it even gets into the hands of the courier. This is best done as soon as you get the postage notification from us in the 2 days prior to cherries being sent.
My cherries have arrived damaged?
In some circumstances your Cherry delivery could have been held up in the post or handled rougher than expected resulting in damaged Cherries - Please contact us urgently with photos on cherries@electriccherries.nz if this occurs so we can remedy.
